Plate or lattice girders, in the non-insulated variant jacketed by trapezoid sheet metal, in insulated variant by sandwich panels (eg. Kingspan, ... etc. ), are the most widespread solution of assembled fabric buildings nowadays.

This system is the most solid construction of the assembled fabric buildings series. Concrete footings make up a stable foundation even in an unstable subsoil.

The building width ranges from 5 to 100 m. Length is unlimited. Height of walls, gates, doors can be designed at customer’s request.

Extensibility
These constructions can be easily extended, shortened, divided internally. Other annexes and building constructions can be easily added to the building. The building can be combined with traditional building materials, as brickwork, wood and others.
Long life-span and guarantee
Steel structure, zinc-coated on surface, in conjunction with a special high-quality trapezoid or sandwich cladding furnished with PES varnish, guarantee extremely long life-span. In case of the structure it is 40 years at minimum, 20 years in case of cladding. Guarantee covering the entire work in this workmanship is 10 years.
Wide range of accessories
Optional accessories can be supplied with the building at customer’s request, as wiring, lighting, heating, dehumidification, ventilation, various gate and door systems, various inscriptions, drawings, logos can be made on wall and roof.

Criteria for fabric building designs
The S-type fabric building is designed in accordance to the Building Code and related regulations valid for EU countries. Steel structure of the building is designed and dimensioned for wind and snow loads corresponding to the site of construction.
Building foundation
S-type fabric buildings are anchored in standard design to concrete footings, strip foundation, slabs. Method of anchoring depends on the construction dimensions. Basic anchoring is performed by means of special steel anchoring fixtures.
Steel structure
Plate or lattice frame is galvanized or coated with paint. Bearing structure is usually made of HEA rolled materials, in combination with oblong hollow drawn sections. Tubular wind-bracing connects the frame, thus providing essential support for cladding. Each frame is made up of several parts that are bolted together and unitize the supporting frame into one unit.
Building cladding
High-quality trapezoid sheet metal or sandwich panels protected by ALU-zinc layer, coat of paint in accordance with RAL colour card and polyester varnish is used for cladding of S-type fabric buildings.
Illumination
Buildings are illuminated by standard point and strip roof-lights, on the walls by strips of fanlights, windows, stall-risers, etc.
Accessories
These fabric buildings can be furnished with sheet metal double-wing sliding or opening entrance gates, doors, air-handling equipment, electrical distribution system, lighting, heating, at customer’s request.
