Basic building characteristics
Steel arched lattice girders, jacketed with special rigid PVC on both-sides dip-coated polyester fabric, are a flexible and universal solution of lightweight fabric buildings and roofing.

Long life-span and guarantee
Steel structure, zinc-coated on surface, in conjunction with a special high-quality cladding coated with PVDF varnish, guarantees extremely long life span. In case of the structure it is 40 years at minimum, 20 years in case of cladding. Guarantee covering the entire work in this workmanship is 10 years.
Wide range of accessories
Optional accessories can be supplied with the building at customer’s request, as wiring, lighting, heating, dehumidification, ventilation, various gate and door systems, various inscriptions, drawings, logos can be made on wall and roof.

Production versatility, the building can be relocated worldwide for all manners of use. These buildings resist climatic conditions ranging from tropical to arctic. Criteria for fabric building designs
The O-type fabric building is designed in accordance to the Building Code and related regulations valid for EU countries. Steel structure of the building is designed and dimensioned for wind and snow loads corresponding to the site of construction. The building cladding and its anchoring to the steel structure is in standard design dimensioned for basic wind speed up to 100km/hr. and basic snow load is 75 kg/m2. The building cladding and its anchoring can be designed to a higher wind load (custom made projects, eg. up to 180km/h). Higher capacities of snow load can be attained for example by reducing established dimensions of steel structure frame distance between girders or by a steeper roof slope (eg. 250kg/m2).
Building foundation
O-type fabric buildings in standard design do not need any special foundation. It can be anchored in the existing compacted surrounding ground, asphalt, concrete blocks, concrete slab, strip foundation. Method of anchoring depends on the surrounding ground to which the building is anchored. Basic anchoring is performed by means of special steel fixtures.
Steel structure
Lattice frame galvanized or coated with paint. Bearing structure is usually of tubular steel and is made up of two tiers of steel tubular sections connected with strings made of tubes of smaller diameter. Tubular wind-bracing connects frames, thus providing essential support for the cladding. Each frame is made of several parts that are bolted together and unitize the supporting frame into one unit.
Fabric building cladding
A high-quality technical fabric with C1 or B1 fireproofing is used for cladding of O-type fabric buildings. Cladding weight ranges between 650 to 1050g/m2, with strength performance of 3.0 to 4.2kN/50mm. Weight and strength are selected to conform to building dimensions. The cladding is supplied in various colour shades.
Accessories
These fabric buildings can be furnished with sheet metal double-wing sliding or opening entrance gates, doors, air-handling equipment, electrical distribution system, lighting, heating, customer’s request.
Fire safety
Fire safety components of this type of building furnished with canvas roofing differ from other types of fabric buildings. Melting point of the canvas roofing is +200°C, with the critical temperature of iron being +400 – +500°C. When on fire, gas from fire and smoke is dissipated through the melting insulation, which substantially reduced damage done to the construction.
